Legal
Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of hellhound.meme (the “Site”), the website for HELLHOUND ($HELL), a meme token on Robinhood Chain. Please read them. By using the Site you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by the HELLHOUND team (“we”, “us”). We publish information about the $HELL token. We do not operate an exchange, a wallet, a brokerage, or any other financial service, and we do not take custody of anyone’s funds.
2. What $HELL is, and is not
- $HELL is a meme token issued on Robinhood Chain. It is a fan dedication to the Hellhound line of AMD Radeon graphics cards. It has no utility, no intrinsic value, and no roadmap of promised features.
- $HELL is not a security, a share, a note, an investment contract, or any other financial instrument, and nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell one.
- $HELL is not a share of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (“AMD”). Its liquidity pool is paired with a tokenized representation of AMD stock, so its price is quoted in that asset, but $HELL is not backed by, does not represent, and cannot be redeemed for AMD stock, tokenized AMD stock, or any other asset. Holding $HELL gives you no rights of any kind against AMD or against the issuer of any tokenized stock.
- Treasury figures, prices, and other numbers shown on the Site are informational, come from third-party and on-chain sources, and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
3. No advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We are not your adviser. Any decision to buy, sell, hold, or do anything else with $HELL or any other asset is yours alone. Do your own research and consider talking to a qualified professional.
4. Risks
Meme tokens are among the riskiest assets that exist. By using the Site you acknowledge that you understand, among other things, that:
- the price of $HELL can fall to zero at any time, quickly and without warning;
- because $HELL is quoted in tokenized AMD stock, its price is also exposed to the price of that asset and to the stability of the issuer and smart contracts behind it;
- on-chain liquidity can be thin, trades can suffer slippage, and it may not be possible to sell at any price;
- smart contracts, bridges, wallets, apps, and blockchains can contain bugs or be exploited, and transactions cannot be reversed;
- laws about digital assets vary by country and change; what is legal where you live is your responsibility;
- we may stop maintaining the Site or the project at any time.
Never spend more than you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you, including sanctions, tax, and securities laws, and for the security of your own wallets, devices, and keys. You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with it, scrape it abusively, or probe it for vulnerabilities, and not to present yourself as us or as affiliated with us.
6. Third-party services
The Site links to and reads data from services we do not control, including the Fomo app, DexScreener, the Robinhood Chain block explorer, Apple’s App Store, Google Play, Google Fonts, and social networks. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is at your own risk and solely between you and them. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct. Buying $HELL through any app or exchange is a transaction with that service and on the blockchain, not with us.
7. Contract address and impersonation
Scammers copy meme-token websites and tokens. The only official $HELL contract address is the one published on the Site, and we will only ever share links through the channels listed in the Site’s Official Links section. Always verify a contract address against this Site before you buy. We are not responsible for losses caused by counterfeit tokens, cloned websites, or messages pretending to come from us.
8. Intellectual property and fan status
HELLHOUND is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., PowerColor, Robinhood Markets, Inc., or any of their affiliates. AMD, the AMD Arrow logo, Radeon, and combinations thereof are trademarks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. PowerColor and Hellhound, as product names, are trademarks of their respective owner. Product names, logos, and product photographs appear on the Site only to identify the graphics card the token is named after. All other trademarks belong to their owners. If you own a mark or image shown on the Site and want it changed or removed, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Original text, layout, and artwork on the Site belong to the HELLHOUND team. You may share links to the Site and quote it for commentary; you may not copy the Site to pass off another token as $HELL.
9. No warranties
The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site is free of malicious code or that any data on it is correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the HELLHOUND team and anyone who works on the project will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, tokens, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, $HELL, or any third-party service, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to one hundred US dollars.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the HELLHOUND team from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your use of the Site, your dealings in $HELL, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes and termination
We may change the Site, these Terms, or the project at any time. Changes to these Terms take effect when posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use after that means you accept the changes. We may restrict or end access to the Site at any time, for any reason.
13. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the HELLHOUND team is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
