Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy explains what hellhound.meme (the “Site”) does with information when you visit. The short version: the Site is a static page with no accounts, no forms, and no analytics, and we do not collect personal information through it.
1. Information we do not collect
The Site has no sign-up, login, comment, newsletter, or contact form. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, wallet address, phone number, or any other personal information through the Site. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
2. Information processed automatically
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, and the time of each request in order to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare keeps this operational data under its own privacy policy. We only see it in aggregate, if at all, and we do not use it to identify you.
3. Local storage on your device
To show prices instantly on a return visit, the Site keeps the last values it fetched (the tokenized AMD price, the $HELL price, and treasury figures) in your browser’s local storage under keys that start with hh-. This data is only numbers and timestamps, it stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. The Site works without it.
4. Cookies
The Site itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance when serving the Site, as described in its policy. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
5. Third-party services
Loading or using the Site involves other companies’ services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Fonts supplies the Site’s typefaces, so Google receives the request for the font files, including your IP address.
- DexScreener supplies live price data through its public API; your browser requests that data directly, so DexScreener receives your IP address.
- Links on the Site lead to the Fomo app, DexScreener, the Robinhood Chain block explorer, Apple’s App Store, Google Play, and social networks. Once you follow a link you are on that service, under its policy. Buying $HELL through any app is a relationship between you and that app; we never see your account, payment, or wallet details.
6. Blockchain data
Transactions on Robinhood Chain are public and permanent by design. If you buy, sell, or hold $HELL, your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone on the blockchain. That is a feature of the chain, not something the Site collects or controls, and we cannot alter or delete it.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International visitors
The Site is served globally through Cloudflare’s network, so operational data described in section 2 may be processed in countries other than yours. We do not transfer personal data ourselves because we do not collect it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal data about you, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because the Site does not collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to act on, but if you believe we hold information about you, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and contains no server-side code or database that could hold your data. Treat any message that asks for your seed phrase, private keys, or a payment as a scam; we will never ask for them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date.
